LonelyCache

Hi,

LonelyCache was just updated with the following changes:

• Updated knowledge book to match the expanded LonelyCache territory that now includes parts of California and Texas.
• Added a glossary to the knowledge book. Let me know of any other terms that should be added.
• Tweaked the Groundspeak Live API request limit algorithms to better jibe with how the API actually reacts.
• Updated several site tracing messages to be more helpful for problem analysis.
• Added application settings to turn some actions on and off to ease website testing between releases.

I also restaged my development environment and updated several of the development tools to new releases so this was also a verification that the site update process still works. There was a couple of hiccups but it mostly worked.
