Like geocaching's glossary of terms, i think a reference page for lonely cache abbreviations and what they stand for would be nice. Maybe even a definition each word or abbreviation as well. abbreviations can be very confusing for new members or even cachers that have been members for a while now, that still don't know what they stand. There Is the lonely cache knowledge books, but i was thinking it would be nice to add a page with a quick list of abbreviations and what they stand for. perhaps even a quick definition. i think this would be a nice additional feature to the site. It would help out a lot of new members to lonely cache. It would just be a basic HTML writeup to add the page. i am thinking something similar to what geocaching.com has This is just a suggestion. Just trying to give my input and make the site better. No harm done. It's frustrating because with my posts, i feel like no one takes them seriously. :( not just here, but everywhere. I Have a feeling people can guess my age, based on how i write. :x I looked through the knowledge books and didn't see this feature, so i just thought I would give my input here. In the mean time, is there that could guess my age based on how i write that does not already know who i am?? :)

Chris,

Thanks for the suggestion. I think it is a good idea. There really aren't too many abbreviations in use here specific for LonelyCache but there are a few, such as CPs, nfCPs, etc. It would be simple enough to add a glossary to the knowledge book. I'm working on some other stuff at the moment but will add it to my to-do list.

On that note, if anyone would like to start the list, please do so here. Stabs at the wording are welcome too.

A glossary has been added to the LonelyCache knowledge book. See the release notes for details or just check out the glossary itself. Feel free to suggest any other terms to include.
