Hi another update. Hopefully not too rushed as I want to get to bed

Updates are:

• On nearby caches page, added checkbox to switch from filtering hides/finds or not.
• On nearby cache page, a premium member will see a checkbox to exclude caches on his/her ignore list. By default, caches are ignored.
• Updated the membership advantage knowledge book page.
• Lately we've been having trouble with the nightly stats update completing. Things have been stalling when computing the backcountry leaderboards. It's weird, some nights an insert query will complete in a minute or so and other nights the same will timeout after two hours. I revamped how the query jones the various DB tables to do so. Hopefully that will have a positive affect as the query seems slightly simpler. We'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully the stats update will complete tonight as they haven't for the past two nights.
