No longer able to log in

For the past week I have not been able to log in to the LC website. I read that an update to the site may have caused this issue. I have attempted to reset password with out any luck, I have sent two contact me emails asking for assistance. How can I correct this issue?

I apologize for not looking at the contact emails sooner, especially after the site update last Tuesday. I've been wrapping up an over due project at work and this just slipped my mind.
Your account got locked because of too many attempts using the wrong password. Once an account is locked, the reset password mechanism no longer works. I have unlocked your account and reset your password. You should get an email with the new password. Once you get logged in, please change your password. Let me know if you are still not able to login.
Thanks for the reminder here, there were emails from others not being able to reset their passwords too.
