I posted an update today to add the Annual Leaderboards (more info)
Updates to support annual leaderboards are:
Added YearsTop page. This page will display a list of a years top geocachers. Both points leaders and backcountry leaders are supported. At the bottom of the page, is a table with links to all the annual leaderboards for the specific region (LonelyCache wide, or state) the board is for.
Updated the Home page, adding the current years top leader to both the list of point leaderboards and backcountry leaderboards.
Updated the RegionPage to show the current Years top leaders (both points and backcountry) with links to the current years leaderboard as well as links to the previous years leaderboards.
Updated the GeocacherPage, to show any placings a cacher may have in any region's annual leaderboards.
Updated both the Leaders page and the Backcountry page to support showing finds for a cacher for a specific year.

I missed adding links from the RegionPage's Year's Top leaders' points to their year's top finds or top backcountry caches. That is now corrected.
Fixed bug where following the link from last year's top cacher board to a cacher's finds would fail if the cacher has yet to find a cache this year.
Added note to both the leader page and backcountry page for the Years top board that the points shown are the current points, and not the points at the end of the year the finds were made.
