Site Update Jan. 6 2013

Hi,
I made a couple of changes to the site today. Neither is a visible change.
The first is that I added a spacial index to the Geocache table. This should reduce the time it takes to find a cache's nearby caches.
Secondly, I added infrastructure for the upcoming Annual Leaderboards. Changes to the database have been made and code has been added to populate these new leaderboards. No code has yet been added for displaying these new leaderboards but that shall be done shortly.
