lost points

I would like to see a database to show where and how your LPC points were calculated on lost point caches per individual cache that were affected,
For instance Saturday 11/03 18 I had 100409 overall LCP points .. Monday noon just 2 1/2 days later I took a perdy good beating and now I'm am at 99945.. that is a drop in points of 464 points In two days?
I know I have 226 Achillies caches logged.. It seem that is a steep drop of points of just achillies points on found caches.. I wondered if I lost the total value of the caches ? when they were logged by other cachers.

What I do, when that happens to me, is go to Recent Notable Finds, LonelyCache Wide (or the corresponding page for a specific state) and see how many are for caches I've found or own. That usually gives me a pretty good idea where I lost points.
