IMPRESSIVE

I had considered going for this cache on the very same weekend! I was going to be as close at Phantom Ranch but decided not to as I was with a lot of family and it would have been pretty anti social. The funniest part of this is that I am actually in one of Weeds19's pictures (Phantom) that he posted for the http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_de ... b33d181df1 cache!

Nice Job man!

Wow, that is impressive! I was happy with the five day approach my group did last October and can't imagine doing it in one.

Now is the time to be in the canyon. I had a near perfect day, and apparently some great company at Phantom Ranch! Both JCanyoneer and I heard a nearby group talking about beer and backwash. I briefly thought about joining in the celebration with a frosty beverage, but the return hike up Bright Angel pushed me up the trail before I could get my hands on one.

It's a small world out there on the trails. I've also run into A&J Adrift while exploring some remote ruins in the Grand Gulch area of UT. I always tell folks that you meet the best folks when you get out of the city.
