Hi,
I have just updated LonelyCache. This completes the move to using a more secure and robust authentication method with Geocaching.com. The big change for you, is that now you will always sign in through geocaching.com, similar to how you might sign in to other web sites through Facebook, for example. LonelyCache will only store basic Geocaching account details such as your user name and id and will no longer store other details such as if you're a premium member, home coordinates, and avatar. Those will be stored in a browser cookie on your computer as long as you are logged in.
I believe everything should be working well. If you have any troubles signing in, please let me know through the LonelyCache Contact page or here.
Regards,
Russell
Edited to correct what account details LonelyCache does or does not store.

Re: Site Update April 12, 2019
Since this change, there has been an ongoing problem where the geocaching data that is being stored in a cookie was disappearing from the cookie. This manifested itself in a couple of ways. First and most visibly, your geocaching avatar would stop being displayed. Secondly, your account was being treated as a basic geocaching member even if you are a premium member. I believe I have finally tracked down and resolved the issue. If you still see your geocaching avatar go missing from LonelyCache, please let me know.

Russell
