I cannot log into LonelyCache. Is there something going on with the site? It doesn't even recognize me if I try to put in for a new password. I've tried on Safari and Google chrome. This has been going on since 11/5.

This usually happens (and was in this case) because your account is locked. Accounts become locked after too many unsuccessful login attempts. Once an account is locked, all access to the account is denied including password reset.
Currently, locked accounts need to be manually unlocked, so if you are unable to log in, then go to the About page and click on the Contact Us link, and fill out the form. You will receive an email after your account is unlocked.
Once your account is unlocked, you should be able to log in. If you don't remember your password, please click the link to reset your password. A new password will then be emailed to you. Once you log in with the new password, I suggest going to your profile and changing the password to one of your own choosing.
