This is my first geo art, and it is great fun being part of this amazing team. There are 11 of us, and a few very experienced at geo art, which really helped with this one because the shape made it logistically quite difficult to know who to send where! But they figured it out, so I tagged along with tugies and we did a leg. The terrain had lots of thorns and rabbit holes but lots of space in between. Coords were spot on. The weather was perfect and we all had a great time. Part of the day I did not know where my car was or who was driving it, but somehow I got both the keys and the car at the end. I do most of my geo by myself so this was a real treat for me. Very well done geo art, even down to the nice containers. Thank you!
This guy said he did a leg of the roadrunner art -- a leg amounts to 12 caches -- and all teams log finds for all 110 caches in the art. They came through New Mexico and logged many 100's of geo art caches. If you did the whole arts some had decent lonely score. Not any more.
I counted 10 teams as part of the CAM 4 group -- cherokeesarah, tugies, ttcm4geo, tusmke, retikon, b&ladventures, treskstarl, kennyv, geen, 2sonians. Another group team could get 15 or more. Then 20 teams. Would be nice to disqualify ALL arm chair cachers.
I'm where some of them have their caches now and it would be irony to log them all where friends have been in the past. I can claim anybody from New Mexico as part of my "team".
