TWIMC. The tapatalk forum reader has just been updated and is complaining about the API on the site.

I assume you upgraded to a new version of Tapatalk? What is the version?

If the new Tapatalk client software isn't backward compatible with the various Tapatalk server software versions, I wonder if the new Tapatalk server software is backward compatible with older versions of the Tapatalk client software. At any rate, it appears Tapatalk pulled quite the faux-pas with their client software. What a bunch of weenies . I'll take a look and see if anything can reasonably be done.

So I might be able to figure out what's going on here, please let me know what Tapatalk reader app and its version you are using. Also, please copy/paste the complaint here, or at least type out what it says.

Thanks.

Yes I just updated after an iTunes notification. Version is now 1.17. Notice is NAG screen popup every time I check the forum "Notice. Tapatalk API has expired. If you are admin of this community please update Tapatalk API to the latest version. Thank you." Reader still seems functional -- just the popup when first contacting the server.

I know this thread was started a long time ago, but I finally upgraded the Tapatalk plugin to the latest yesterday, after I updated the forum software. Things should be good to go now.
