Site Update Oct. 4, 2013

Hi, I just pushed out a site update. There should be no visible difference to the site's look and feel. Basically I updated the database queries for the leaderboards to work better when the system is busy, such as when the statistics are being updated (from around 4:00-6:00 AM Eastern Time).

For you geeks, I added a WITH(NOLOCK) when selecting from the database tables that store the leaderboards.
