That would be fun. I'd sure like to see more activity here. I would enjoy reading about people's adventures looking for lonely caches. Gear talk, access issues, etc. I'd even like to hear about feature requests, bug reports, etc.desert dawg wrote:Its been too quiet around here lately .. snow, holidays or whatever...

I don't know how the forum software manages DST. I would think it would know to use DST or not depending on the timezone chosen so I don't even understand why it would need the check box. I'm just a user of the forum software, so I really can't answer the question. If you're concerned, try checking out the phpBB website. There's a link at the bottom of this page.desert dawg wrote:C C ..
If ever to set up a virtual on line ( flash mob) roll call of say a period of 10 minutes, on a certain date and time:
the board crosses a couple time zones and AZ don't go on DST >
I noticed in my Control Panel / Board Preferences:
Summer Time DST in effect Y or N....?
I was wondering if this is something that changes automatically with time DST time changes is checked [Y] ?
or somthing a member must go in and change manually twice a year with the time changes..
was asking cause I changed mine to DST, its winter time now and were off DST here in UT, my board time went a hour off to the the summer time DST?
