Yavapai region, AZ
Where can I find the definition of the Yavapai region, AZ? Apparently it is different from Yavapai County which seems to have more caches.
Thanks, Jim
Thanks, Jim

Re: Back Country Leader Boards
Thanks for following up on this. I see what you mean and now understand that only categories for which I have points will show.

Re: Back Country Leader Boards
Thank you for your reply to my question. I wonder what the problem is since I don't see the complete listing of all categories. I tried it with both Firefox (my normal browser) and Safari with the same results. Incidentally I do see all the categories for Mesa County and Western Slope in Colorado as...

Re: Back Country Leader Boards
Why is it that some counties and/or regions have no Back Country Leader Board? Those that I am specifically looking at are Yavapai county, AZ and the Yavapai region, AZ neither of which shows any Backcountry Leaderboards, nor for that matter Multicache or Puzzle cache categories on the Point Leaderb...

List of caches of a given type in a given region
Can I get a list of all caches and their points of a given type (e.g. Multicache) in a given region (e.g. Mesa County CO)? The answer may be here somewhere but I can't find it. Thanks.

Re: stats update
I have had exactly the same problem with the Forum "'Log me on automatically box each visit" check-box not working for me for the last several months. It used to work OK but I can't remember exactly when it stopped working. I'm using the Safari browser, version 5.1.7 on a Mac. Although I h...

You could consider adding a PayPal Donate button to the web-pages. For an example go to http://gjhikes.com/ and scroll to the bottom right-hand corner of the page.

Re: Site Update Jan. 18, 2013
I tried logging into the Forum using Firefox (version 18.0) and have the same problem; checking the "Log me on automatically each visit" check-box doesn't work. I have to log in every time I access the Forum. I don't know any other Mac users that also access LoneyCache so I can't verify th...

Re: Site Update Jan. 18, 2013
I still stand by my position that the ads are a major distraction, especially the "in-line" ads. I liked the "clean" design of the page without the distraction of ads. It wouldn't be so bad if the ads were relevant to geocaching, but they aren't. In fact they are just the type of...

Re: Site Update Jan. 18, 2013
I took a look at the code last night and found an easy 5-minute work-around that completely blocks all of the ads; so it's not an issue for me any more; ads no longer clutter up the page.

Re: Site Update Jan. 18, 2013
In my opinion having these obnoxious ads on the pages DOES detract from the experience. They are bad enough when along the side of the page but particularly annoying when in the body of the text. I can't believe these garbage ads produce any income. I NEVER click on ads on a web-page much less on ad...

I'd be happy to work on Colorado. Is there a way for me to get a tab-delimited file with GC code, Name, Latitude and Longitude?

Looks great! Congratulations! I downloaded a list of top caches in our area and we are on our way. It's gratifying to see our "handle" on some of the lists.

Re: GSAK Macro
OK, that would work. What we are looking for is a way to get a list of caches of a certain point value or higher (say 50 points or more) within a certain distance of a certain location (say within 100 miles of our home). If I can download a file (presumably in flat-file tab-delimited form) with GC C...

Re: GSAK Macro
Great news! A method of downloading a group of caches (by points, by state, by radius from a point, etc.) would make the site really useful for us. We would like the option of getting this file in .gpx format. We are Mac user's and prefer to use Basecamp and/or MacGPSPro.

Re: We Have Keys! Now we need your help
We appreciate all the hard work you have done and eagerly await access to the new database. We are definitely getting starved of interesting geocaches to search for. We're still working off the old DGP lists.
