On second thought the region could be called Cache la Poudre because of the vast area that caches are along this water course.

When I look at the http://www.lonelycache.com/RegionPage.aspx?rgn=33 which is in No. Co. I think that area should be renamed due to the devastation in the area caused by the High Park Fire. A very large area is shut down to caching until 2013. So my suggestion is call this area the High Park Region....
